This page will be updated as and when we have news, changes to shuttle and transportation hours, or where there is anything impacting our services or wait times.
Update Apr 16th: Upcoming pause to On-Demand, 23rd Apr-13th May
With our first full season coming to an end, we have the data from all the trips and busy periods that we've completed, particularly now that we've had some time to find our feet and get a feel for what works for our service and what needs some adjustment.
From Thursday, 23rd of April 2026 until Wednesday, 13th of May 2026:
-
Due to decline in demand during the shoulder season and balancing operating costs, Revy Rides' on-demand services will be paused for a period of three weeks, returning Thursday, 14th of April
-
Any already scheduled rides will be unaffected and be completed as planned
-
Private and charter services are still available
While we would love to maintain standard operations during this time, we need to balance the cost of operations against the number of riders during this slow period - this closedown means that we can come back in full swing and maintain operations in May when Revelstoke starts seeing more traffic. Our sincere apologies to those who may be impacted during this period.
Update Mar 25th: Upcoming Service Changes from Monday, 6th April
With our first full season coming to an end, we have the data from all the trips and busy periods that we've completed, particularly now that we've had some time to find our feet and get a feel for what works for our service and what needs some adjustment.
From Monday, 6th April 2026:
-
We will be open daily from 9AM, rather than the 7AM start we were maintaining during the winter season while Revelstoke Mountain Resort is open. We will be closed between 12PM and 4PM daily. Closing hours will remain unaffected.
-
Rides will start with a flat fee across the board ($5), and it will be $2 per Zone crossing - we're working on getting Zone maps updated to help our riders know exactly what they'll be paying for where they want to go. Some Zones will still have a minimum charge, like the Nordic Ski Club.
-
Groups of 3+ will still receive discounted rates of 20% off their total fare.
-
10-ride passes will be phased out - no more will be sold, however any that have already been purchased will be honored.
-
We will publish updated Zone maps and more detailed price breakdowns soon.
We're so grateful to locals and visitors alike for giving us this opportunity to learn and grow, and the team here all hopes you'll continue to put your trust in us and keep letting us be the ones to bring Revelstoke to your doorstep
Update Jan 1st: System Crash
At approximately 3am on Jan 1st, our routing system had an error that caused it to crash. Although we had it up and running again within 15 minutes, we know that this would have affected a number of our riders. We would like to sincerely apologise to those affected.
We are looking into the root cause of the system error for a fix.
Update Dec 31st: NYE Wait Times
Despite having our full fleet in operation, we are currently experiencing long wait times for rides due to extra high demand caused by New Year's Eve celebrations. If you're somewhere comfortable, please make sure to request your ride well ahead of time - check out your ETA in the app for a live update on wait times (you receive it before you need to hit "submit" on your ride request).
Traffice Update Dec 25th: Hwy 1 Closure
The highway 1 closure affecting access to Johnson Heights now appears to be clearing.
Update Dec 21st: Downie Street Addresses
We have been made aware of Downie Street addresses only showing as being in Sicamous. Please see our FAQs for how to get around this issue.
