How does it work?
The convenience of door-to-door ride-hail meets the pricing style of public transport.
Step 1:
Download the Revy Rides app from your device app store**.
Step 2:
Create an account.
(No payment details are required for this)
Step 3:
Enter your location, destination and number of riders.
You will get a pickup ETA.
Step 4:
Get ready for pickup.
The app will tell you when you're next and give you a live feed of your ride.
Step 5:
Confirm your name as you board.
Your driver will confirm the total fare.
Pay by cash or card.
Step 6:
You're on your way!
There may be other pickups and dropoffs before you reach your destination.
**NOTE – if you don’t use mobile phone apps, you can also give us a call to request a ride and our team will input it for you and give you an approximate ETA. In this case, we do still need to get a phone number from you so that we can give you a call if anything changes or our driver is trying to find you when it’s your turn to be picked up.
